This Heel Master Pro Assembly (the “Product”) is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.  The following terms, conditions, and notices apply to all sales and uses of the Product.  Keeping, using, or allowing use of the Product indicates your agreement to the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.  The Product is provided as is, without any guarantees or warranties.  Heel Master, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Product, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, nor does Heel Master, LLC assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the application or use of the Product.

Heel Master, LLC is not responsible for any damage(s) to any individuals or livestock from use of the Product. Use of the Product by a user is at the user’s sole risk.  The Product may not be suitable for all ages or types of livestock and the user should use reasonable judgement when operating the Product with particular livestock.  In no event shall the liability of Heel Master, LLC exceed the value of the Product(s) sold.  In no event shall Heel Master, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Product.
